Sabi Boutique Century Square Grand Opening!

In case you haven’t heard, Sabi Boutique has opened up a SECOND location! That’s right, there are now TWO Sabi’s in College Station for you to enjoy!

Our first location is the flagship on Holleman Dr., and our second location is in Century Square, right next to Hopdoddy! Of course, both stores are Sabi, but each store carries something a little different and unique!

At our flagship location, you can find ALL the brands you know and love. From Kendra Scott to Free People, Mink Pink to Barrington, we have it all!

At Century Square, we of course have everything from Kendra Scott and Natalie Wood Designs, to Illume Candles and ABLE, but we are also happy to announce that we have brought on some fun new lines!

First and foremost: we now have Gal Meets Glam! This is a line we have been excited about for MONTHS and we are SO excited it’s here for all of you to enjoy! Gal Meets Glam is redefining the way that women wear dresses. Every single detail of Gal Meets Glam is carefully thought out- from the silhouette to the patterns. Beautiful for any occasion, you will effortlessly feel classic and sophisticated in these beautiful pieces!

Another fun line we now have is Driftwood Denim! Step into a pair of Driftwood Denim jeans or shorts, and you will instantly add cool girl vibes to any and every outfit! We love that Driftwood pieces are essentially a built in jean accessory-they add color and a unique element to your closet! If you buy Driftwood Denim, we guarantee that you will reach for them every day!

We hope all of you have the chance to come out and see out new location! Grab a bite to eat at one of the many places available at Century Square, and then walk on over to Sabi! Our hours for Century Square are:

        Monday: Closed

        Tuesday-Thursday: 11-7

        Friday-Saturday: 10-7

        Sunday: 11-4

XOXO

Neck Scarf: The Perfect Accessory

Neck scarves have taken over the fashion world, and we are not mad about it. They add the perfect pop to any outfit and are so versatile, you can wear them so many different ways! Seriously, they are the PERFECT accessory!

Wear it just around your neck for a sophisticated and sassy touch to your outfit! It will effortlessly elevate any look.

You can also tie it around your purse! That’s right. An accessory for your accessory. This is probably one of our favorite things to do here at Sabi! It is SO fun, and can change the entire mood of your outfit! We love doing this!

Ladies, if you have not tried this before, you are going to thank your lucky stars that you’re reading this post! Ever have a bad hair day and you think “Man, I literally cannot get my hair to work with me!” Let’s be honest, we unfortunately ALL have those days. If you have a neck scarf, you don’t have to worry! Simply tie it around your ponytail or bun for an instant pop (or a distraction… whichever you prefer). You can also wear it like a headband. I mean, come on, what more can you ask for?!

Last but not least… you can tie it around your belt loop. This adds “cool girl vibes” to any and every outfit! We love the edge that this provides.

We hope you learned all the ways you can change up how you wear your neck scarves in the next few days! Leave a comment for the next blog post you want to see.

XOXO,

Sabi

Why Are We Called Sabi?

One of Sabi Boutique’s most asked questions is “where did your name come from?” or "what does Sabi mean?" Wonder no more, here's your answer...

Queen Sabi, one of our fearless owners, LOVES Wasabi Peas--you know those spicy, wasabi covered dried peas that can become quite an addictive snack. When Meredith, Sabi's other owner, and her brother's wife were pregnant at the same time they decided the perfect grandmother name for Queen Sabi would be Sabi. She wanted a fun grandmother name, so it was perfect!

Fast forward a year later, and what better way to honor Queen Sabi than to name the boutique after her. So, it became Sabi Boutique. It's also a play on words, since Sabi Boutique's owners love to spice up women's wardrobes and their lives.

You can find Queen Sabi in the store every week and she always has Wasabi Peas in the office--just ask if you want to try!
So, come introduce yourself, become part of our family and let us spice up your wardrobe and your life!
XOXO,
Sabi Boutique

Introducing Styled by Sabi: How to Layer

It’s that time of year again… pumpkin spice latte’s, orange and red leaves, and apple pie. We all love Fall, whether it’s the feeling it gives or the fashion that comes along with it. But, if we’re keeping it real, it can be difficult to dress! On those days where it’s a crisp 65 degrees when you leave your house, then bumps up to 85 or 90 degrees during the middle of the day, what’s a girl to do?!
