What does Sabi mean?

Sabi Boutique was created by a mother and two daughters.  The name Sabi (Săbi) was chosen because of Queen Sabi’s, the mother's, love for spicy wasabi peas!  Just like the Japanese pea, the trio love to spice things up when accessorizing, decorating, and living life and they wish to inspire their Sabi Sisterhood to do the same!

 

What is the Sabi Sisterhood?

The Sabi Sisterhood is our customers, collectively! When you shop Sabi Boutique you're not only shopping quality, hand-picked products, but you're joining a sisterhood of women who love fashion, walk with grace, and live life to the fullest! We genuinely care about our customers and strive to offer products and advice that inspire women!

 

Does Sabi Boutique have a storefront?

Yes, Sabi Boutique has 1 storefront location in College Station, TX.  We absolutely love meeting everyone who visits the boutique and would love to meet you! If you live in the Bryan/College Station, TX area or visit the area we would love for you to stop by! The address is:

I wish you were open on Sundays!

Sabi Boutique is closed on Sundays for religious reasons.  Our online boutique, however, is open 24/7!

Is shopping with you safe?  Will my credit card or information be shared with anyone?

We value our customer's privacy and do everything in our power to keep your information safe.  When you purchase online or over the phone you provide your name, billing information, shipping information, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card.  We use this information so we can process your order.  After processing your order we no longer keep this information.  We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information with any outside companies or third parties.

What sizes do you carry? I'm not sure you carry my size!

At Sabi Boutique we sell clothing from size XS-XL and denim from sizes 24-33.  We also carry many styles available in One Size Fits All.  Different apparel items are offered in different sizes, so if you do not see your size in something you love, please ask us by clicking the pink "Contact Us" box on the bottom right corner of this page.  We will let you know if the item is made in the size that you are requesting and if it can be special ordered for you!

 

I live or will be visiting the Bryan/College Station area.  Can I order something online and pick it up in the store?

Absolutely! Orders can be picked up from our store within 2 hours of the purchase time, unless placed after 3pm CST.  Any order placed after 3pm CST will be ready the following business day during regular store hours.  Don't forget to say "PICK UP IN STORE" in the "Add special instructions for your order..." box at checkout.

 

I found something I want to purchase on Facebook but I can't find it on your website! Why?

We post new arrivals on our Facebook/Instagram every day and try to do the same on the website.  Some products sell out before we can put them on the website and some products are "in-store only" items that won't make it online.  If you see something that you absolutely love on our Facebook/Instagram and can't find it on the website, please call us! We do take orders over the phone every day.  You are more than welcome to purchase anything over the phone that you see on Facebook/Instagram and on our website.  The shipping and return policy is the same for in-store and website purchases.  Our phone number is 979-224-8595.  We are available to take phone calls Monday: 11AM-7PM CST and Tuesday-Saturday: 10AM-7PM CST.

 

If I purchase a gift certificate can I leave it at the College Station store for someone to pick up?

Absolutely.  Please leave a comment in the box at checkout with the name of the person that will be picking up the gift certificate and we will get it to them as soon as possible.  If you have any questions please contact us by clicking the pink "Contact Us" box at the bottom right corner of this page.

 

Can I purchase something and have it wrapped and shipped to someone else?

Absolutely.  We are happy to accommodate any need you have.  Please make sure the shipping address is clearly stated, along with the name of the person it's being sent to.  Also, please make this comment in the box at checkout so we know to wrap the gift and to not include any receipt in the package. You can also write out a personal sentence to the recipient that we will include. The item I want is sold out! How can I get another?!

At Sabi Boutique we want everyone to be unique so we only buy a select amount of products.  Because of this, items can sell out quickly.  If you see something you just have to have but is sold out please contact us by clicking the pink "Contact Us" box on the bottom right corner of the page and let us know! Please include the name of the item, the size (if it's an apparel item) or color (if it's jewelry), your name, and contact information and we'll get back with you as soon as possible! Depending on the product we usually can special order items for our customers and if we can we will definitely be able to! 

If we are able to special order something and it's not a custom jewelry piece or a monogrammed item, we require you to pay half the cost of the item at the time that we place the order and the remaining half before it's delivered or picked up from our store. 

If the item is a custom jewelry piece or monogrammed item, we require full payment before it can be ordered.
