Crafted with sun-ripened Apulian tomatoes, fresh basil, and a hint of salt, this uncooked sauce preserves the bright, fresh flavors of its ingredients. Use it unadorned for a rustic pasta topping or pizza sauce, or as a base for your own signature sauce - seasoning it with garlic, onions, herbs and spices to taste.
