Buying a Bid Day Box from Sabi Boutique is perfect for any girl going through recruitment at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. All boxes will be delivered to their new sorority house on Bid Day, August 23rd!

What is a bid day box?
- Our Bid Day Boxes are the ultimate surprise—filled with handpicked, sorority-specific gifts to make her feel instantly celebrated and oh-so-loved!
How do you know which sorority to deliver the box to?
- We’re so excited to work directly with Texas A&M Panhellenic and receive the official bid list on Bid Day! That means every box is carefully matched and delivered to the house your girl receives a bid from. If she ends up declining or receiving a snap bid, it can take up to 2 weeks to locate the box—but rest assured, we’ll handle it with the same attention and love we put into every delivery.
How will the recipient receive her box?
- We personally drop off each box at the sorority house on bid day! Most houses pass them out right then, but a few may hold onto them until the first chapter meeting—it’s always a special surprise either way!
Can I order a bid day box for a current sorority member?
- Our Bid Day Bags are specially made just for new members going through recruitment! But don’t worry—we’ve got tons of adorable Greek goodies you can shop in-store or online!
Can I customize my box?
- To help us keep everything accurate and organized, we aren't able to customize boxes beyond the gift card add-ons. But don’t worry—you can always shop even more cute Greek goodies in-store and online!
What happens if I purchase a bid day box and my recipient withdraws from recruitment?
- If your recipient ends up not going through recruitment, she’ll still get something special—a Sabi Boutique gift card for the full amount! No refunds, but plenty of cute things to shop.
What happens if my recipient declines her bid?
- Every Bid Day Box is delivered to the house your recipient receives a bid from—whether she accepts the bid or not! If she decides to decline her bid, be sure to email us at sabionline@sabiboutique.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to locate her box (please allow up to 2 weeks), and you’ll receive a Sabi Boutique store credit for the full amount. Refunds are not available.
